Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under our return policy.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged Shipments

If packaging appears damaged:

  • Take photographs immediately.

Failure to report damage within the specified period may affect claim eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Electromech Tools reserves the right to inspect and verify all return, replacement, and refund requests before approval.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
